Snowbombing launches a brand new festival in Avoriaz this December The team behind Europe’s largest snow festival announces a brand new sister festival Transition

Dizzee Rascal is already confirmed as headlining.

The festival will take place between 13-19th December in France’s snowiest resort Avoriaz.

Acts confirmed already are mercury award winning Dizzee Rascal, genre transcending garage duo Bondax, Canadian DJ and producer B-Traits, Krafty Kuts, Wilkinson, Ben Pearce and many more soon to be announced!

Prepare to enjoy some of the Snowbombing favourites in Avoriaz such as Artic Disco Igloo, Rompa’s Reggae Shack, and the Ride & Seek competition. Plus not just one, but 2 legendary Pool Parties!

Transition will also be launching fresh new events for its festival goers, including Europe’s largest alpine meal, featuring no less than 2000 people! It’ll be a meal to remember with a torchlight descent down the mountain before dining out under the start. Plus a momentous mountain BBQ at the legendary Burton Stash park. Avoriaz is renowned for its impressive snowfall, during winter 2014-15 the ski resort received a huge 6.11m of snowfall making it the snowiest resort in France. Avoriaz is linked to the Portes du Soleil ski area that has over 650km of skiable terrain over its 12 resorts.
