Weekend Snow

Weekend Snow

If you're heading on your skiing holiday this weekend you are in for some fantastic conditions wherever you go. North America is boasting plenty of fresh snow and Europe is benefitting from sunshine and perfect slopes after an incredible past few weeks of snow.

Canada is boasting another week of perfect powder, so if you're heading out to Whistler or Kicking Horse get those fat skis and powder boards out, with 78cm and 60cm respectively expected in each resort. Pretty much every major US resort is expecting 20cm+ of snow. Jackson Hole has some serious skiing to be enjoyed and Colorado's über resorts of Beaver Creek, Vail and Aspen are all looking good.

Weekend Snow

Europe is in for a light dusting of snow with up to 5cm expected across the Alps. Fear not with major resorts boasting over 1m deep bases on the slopes a week of perfectly groomed pistes and sunshine means getting on the carvers or into the snowpark, and of course taking in the après ski or rowdy terraces, such as the Ronnie in Meribel and the Mooserwirt in St. Anton.

Wherever you are heading this weekend conditions are looking great one way or another, and if you haven't booked and can fly out this weekend, get in quick before the offers go now you know where the snow and sunshine will be.
