Snow
Overview
Well into March and the conditions are looking great
across the Alps and in North America.
Many of the resorts in the
Alps can expect good snowfall this week, especially the French
resorts, which also received a good
dusting over the weekend. The best skiing can be found in Avoriaz,
Tignes and Alpe D’Huez.
More superb skiing can be found
in Austria, Italy and Switzerland, with excellent conditions
in Lech, St Anton, Livigno and St Moritz.
There are also some opportunities for powder skiing in Italy
and Switzerland.
There is
some lovely skiing to be found in North America. In Canada Sunshine
Village and Panorama have both received some
excellent snow over the past week. The best conditions in the
USA can be found in Killington, Vermont, Stowe and on the East
coast.
