Niederau: Great for families house with 2 apartments "Salzer" on the outskirts, 400 m from the centre of Niederau, in a sunny position, on a main road. For shared use: children's playground. In house: ski storage, central heating. Bread roll service. Parking (limited number of spaces) by the house. Grocers 400 m, restaurant 300 m, ski bus stop 100 m. Swimming pool, tennis 1 km, mountain railway, cross-country ski trail 500 m. Beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Children are very welcome in this house!
