Ski Holidays in Trysil, Norway
The fabulous Norwegian landscape and nature, combined with an excellent snow record makes Trysil a wonderful place to visit. Trysil, which is the biggest ski resort in Norway, is located in the eastern part of Norway, on the boarder to Sweden. Trysil is both family friendly, and suitable for older skiers.
The resorts in Norway are very different from the Alps, and would probably not be the first choice for the keen downhill skier. Norway and its resort have one of the best cross-country skiing facilities in Europe, and Telemark skiing is best practiced here.
Norway is renown for being an expensive country, but the price here are relatively low compared with other popular Alpine resorts. Another important factor is that Norway and Trysil has reliable snow conditions throughout the long season.
Trysil also hold some impressive snowboard parks, which is equipped with half pipes, jumps etc that suit all skill levels.
