This nice house is situated in the small, snow sure holiday resort Ochsengarten, which is in the mountains over Oetz, 1500 m over sea level. Directly from the house, you can drive with your skis to the mountain lift of the ski resort "Ochsengarten-Hochoetz", which is approx 300 m away. The nice ski resort "Kuehtai" is only 10 minutes away. Numerous foot-paths direct from the house.
