Ochsengarten 10 km from Ötz: cosy, rustic chalet "Casa Susa", in the resort 200 m from the centre of Ochsengarten, 10 km from the centre of Ötz, 7 km from the centre of Kühtai, in a quiet, sunny position, directly by the woods edge. For shared use: garden 1000 m2, lawn sunning area. In the house: central heating. Motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house. Grocers 10 km, restaurant 200 m, ski bus stop 300 m. Ski lift 350 m, cable cabin 400 m, cross-country ski trail 300 m. Please note: car essential. This nice house is situated in the small, snow sure holiday resort Ochsengarten, which is in the mountains over Oetz, 1500 m over sea level. Directly from the house, you can drive with your skis to the mountain lift of the ski resort "Ochsengarten-Hochoetz", which is approx 300 m away. The nice ski resort "Kuehtai" is only 10 minutes away. Numerous foot-paths direct from the house.
