- Studio, sleeps 1-4 - Queen size bed, double sofa bed, balcony or terrace, TV, video or DVD, telephone, full kitchen with stove, oven microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and coffee maker, full bathroom with bath, shower, wc and hairdryer.
- 2 rooms apartment, sleeps 1-4 - Bedroom with two single beds which convert to a king size bed; living room with double sofa bed; and remaining facilities are as per description of the Studio.
- 3 rooms apartment, sleeps 2-6 - As 2 room apartment with additional bedroom with queen size bed and second full bathroom.
