We have been going to 'Breck' (the affectionate name for Breckenridge) for over 10 years and would not stay anywhere else. Beaver Run has undoubtedly the best location in Breck. The local bus service doesn't come direct to Beaver Run but they have their own complimentary coutesy minibuses to take you into town. OVERVIEW. You also get the use of a ski locker at ground level 30m from the Beaver Run 4 man chairlift. There is also a ski/board-hire shop on site as well as windows for lift tickets and ski/board lesson. Lift passes allow you to use Arapahoe Basin and Keystone and, subject to some restrictions Vail and Beaver Creek. The town has great character, with bars and retaurants to suit all tastes. The teaching is really good, with no (if you watch enough US television programmes!) language barrier. Warning: the friendly welcome, the sunshine, the snow, the mountain air, the stars in the crystal clear night sky, in fact every aspect of 'Breck' will make you want to go nowhere else.

Excellent position for ski in/ski out and a good base for full enjoyment of the slopes. Well maintained rooms serviced daily in colonial style. Good bus service into town but within easy walking distance as well. I have been twice and will return.
