Chalet Flo Reviews

Bruno, the chef produced excellent food everyday, there was plenty of it too. He also sang some good opera . The chalet is in a good position on the free ski bus route. Alot of us, however contracted a sickness bug whilst staying which swept thru the chalet. Although our room, on request was cleaned and we were provided with clean towels there did not seem to be an obvious policy for the staff to follow for decontaminating the chalet to prevent spread of the bug.

We have just returned from a half term break saying at Chalet Flo. The best thing about the Chalet was the cook, Bruno was fabulous and provided fantastic food every day. It was exceptionally good and plenty of it. The chalet is right on the bus route into town a few minutes away which was ideal. Unfortunately half way through the week the chalet guests starting dropping like flies due to a sickness bug. It seemed unclear if there was policy to deal with this, particularly to try and reduce cross contamination between the guests which was worrying. Our room, on request was cleaned and we were provided with fresh towels to limit spread of infection. Despite this we had a good week skiing in Morzine.

I have just come back from 5 days at Chalet Morzine. Overall the accommodation was very good. The chalet was very clean and the bathrooms were excellent. However, the bar area was a little disappointing. No ambience and a little sterile. The food was average. The staff were pretty unhelpful and you kind of got the impression that the guests were a hindrance to them. However, we really enjoyed the resort and the skiing was great.
