Review 11/03/2010
Superb location within the resort and a very well catered chalet. It is impossible to fault the attention the staff gave during our stay here. The food was good, as was the wine with the evening meal. The place was always kept clean and warm and the beds were very comfortable with the added benefit of very powerful showers and endless hot water. This place is an absolute testament to Tom and the rest of the staff. We would return at the drop of a hat. A very serious contender when deciding your holiday chalet A+

I love Tignes 21/11/2012
Big... it's very big. What I love about Tignes is that where ever you're staying you're not too far away from anything. You're surrounded by the mountains so where ever you are you're there. If you're staying in Tignes Le Lac then you have the Aeroski gondola to take you towards Val D'Isere, each bubble takes about 12 people so hardly ever a queue. If you're in Val Claret then you have the glacier on your doorstep. On the party side, Tim nice but dim can stay in Val D'Isere, cool and the gang can hang out in many of the bars in town.

Skiing is what Tignes is all about, so many lifts up, so many different ways down. The Sache run is something everyone needs to do in their life time... there's an element of "i'm lost, where am i going?", with the security you're following the piste. You have the Grande Motte glacier, the eye of the needle, the lost valley back to Val D'Isere, The Face in Val Isere. All accessible with speed, now all the lifts are upgraded. It's up there! One of my favourite ski resorts!

GO!
