I spent 3 weeks in Fernie during the 08 season. It is a fantastic powder resort, excellent for snowboarding, amazing tree runs where steeps and drops galore litter the terrain. No jump park anymore though, but loads of natural halfpipes and the endless free-ride opportunities more than make up for it. Quiet and few cues during the week.
