Hello I will start with the bad and follow with the good (of which there is ample) The snow conditions were poor, but that was no one's fault and I think that the resort did a wonderful job of keeping what little snow there was topped up on the slopes. I have only 2 complaints. 1)... we were sold ski school for beginners on the coach and also a lift pass for a complete beginner. When we arrived it was immediately apparent that there were no beginners at adult level. The rep must have been aware of the limited scope for classes and should have mentioned this to us. Instead our money was automatically transferred to private lessons without any consultation. 2) I/we found the ski shop (David Ski) very off hand and disinterested. The Good Stuff.....Hotel was excellent. Food was first class. Upstairs Spa was lovely after a day on the slopes. Staff were polite and very helpful. The snow was sparse, but the resort did their best to keep the slopes in good condition. The transfer was quick and efficient. The slopes were interesting and varied.
