Staying at Ptarmigan Chalet in Vail was one of the loveliest holidays I have experienced. From the warm welcome of the chalet hosts, Annie and Graham to the gorgeous location and beautiful rooms, it truly is a place that I was very sad to leave and will definitely return to. Throughout my stay, I was treated as one of the family, the food was lovely - tailored if we didn't eat a particular food - and the hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome. There was superb internet access, an inviting hot tub and the cleanliness was outstanding. I would recommend this to everyone whether a single traveller, couple or family. I can honestly say that there was nothing to complain about and I hope that the friendships that were made will continue for many years.
