Private: garden 500 m2. Garden furniture. Parking. Motor access to house (200 m via unmade road, in winter snow chains necessary). Grocers 8 km, restaurant 200 m. Indoor swimming pool, tennis 8 km, golf course 5 km, mountain railway 11 km, cross-country ski trail 200 m. Bathing lake 5 km. Animal park 300 m. Hunting (extra).
