Apartment house "Erna" on the outskirts, 600 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, on a side street. For shared use: garden. Lawn sunning area. Arbour, garden furniture. In house: central heating. Parking by the house. Supermarket 600 m, restaurant, ski bus stop, bus stop 100 m. Swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 900 m, public bathing area 1.2 km, tennis, golf course, sports centre 900 m, mountain railway 500 m, cross-country ski trail 1 km. Centre with pedestrian zone and numerous shops 600 m. Lake (Seefelder See) with beach 1200 m. Olympia Sport and Congress Centre with gigantic sauna 900 m. All appartments are practically furnished with satellite TV, furnished balcony or terrace.
