Chalet Les Pananches, Serre Chevalier, France

Situated on a quiet and sunny location close to one of the biggest French ski resorts : Serre Chevalier. The Chalet is on a headland in the village of La Salle les Alpes. It has fabulous views of the entire Serre Chevalier Valley and the ski domain, set at 2000 metres altitude. It’s the perfect place to relax and re-establish harmony in body and mind. The charm of this mountain chalet also stems from its warm atmosphere Serre Chevalier results from the union of three village municipalities: Chantemerle, Villeneuve la Salle and Mônetier les Bains. The extensive skiable area offers forest skiing. The location at the border between the Northern and Southern Alps brings the area both snow and sun. In the valley, the landscapes of the Parc des Ecrins are stunning and greatly appreciated by hikers. Care of children is another strong point of the resort. Keep in mind, though, that access to the Lautaret mountain pass is often closed.
