Review Chalet Mors 2010 - 09/04/2011
Overall

Chalet Mors is great. The lounge is fantastic with an open fire. Logs were however rationed so if you stayed in for the evening the ambience was lost. We were a party of over twenty, all adults. Some beds and rooms are more suitable to children not adults. Staff and food were very good and flexible. Courchavel is a great resort, excellent skiing and restaurants. Our favourite destination was the area around 1850 with great coffee stops And scenery. The village and bars in 1650 were all lively. Ample skiing in one valley but miles of skiing if you go for the three valley pass. The free bus service joined villages for non skiers is also very useful. Interconnecting cable cars also good for meeting friends etc for lunch who do not ski. We flew to Grenoble, coach transfer is nearly three hours, shame as this is such a waste of time and means an early and unnecessary early start on both legs of the journey. Our party will almost certainly return. You just have to ignore the exchange rate for coffees and Cokes in restaurants. Plenty of supermarkets to make your own lunch if you want to.

Apres Ski: 5/5
