The chalet host will have a day off during the course of the week, during which you will be required to eat out.
You start the day with a selection of porridge, cereals, yoghurts and locally fresh baked bread and preserves. You can also enjoy a choice of cooked eggs with a daily accompaniment of one of the following: bacon, sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms or beans. All served with fruit juices, fresh coffee and choice of tea’s.
On your return from a days skiing, you will find afternoon tea for you to help yourself, consisting of a freshly baked cake or biscuits together with tea, coffee and hot chocolate.
Shortly before dinner you will be invited to enjoy a glass of Kir with canapés with your fellow guests in the comfort of the lounge area around the fire. Your carefully prepared dinner comprises three-courses, complimented with selected French wines followed by coffee and chocolates.
The farewell evening meal on Friday evening will give you a chance to sample the local cheeses accompanied by a complimentary bottle of port.
