We go here every year, or rather we used to...with Crystal Ski, who it seems have lost the contract to offer this (so can't be too bad :) ) Unless its undergone a major refurb since March/April 2017 then it's all very basic and we did not see ANY repairs done in the 7 years we visited here, even though we kept reporting the cracked sink, leaky shower, broken shower riser rail etc !!! Lots of boardgames for kids to play, but little all else. Depending on the chalet operatives (as they change every year), the food can be lovely albeit limited for children and the afternoon tea is a bit miniscule. We only had one really bad experience. If you're a wine drinker (unlike us) you'll be sorted as there's always plenty :). Rooms are clean, comfortable and warm. Entrance area can get wet due to ski racks etc. PLEASE SHOW CONSIDERATION FOR OTHER GUESTS AND DON'T LEAVE WET BOOTS /SKI'S/BOARDS ETC OVER THE TOP OF GUESTS DRY SHOES AND DON'T WALK THROUGH RECEPTION AREA WITH WET SHOES, many times we've put our walking shoes/slippers down, only for some fool to put wet snow covered shoes etc over the top and allow to drip onto them. Chalet is perfectly located and a very short walk, 5 mins, to ski schools, lifts and shops.
