Roofed, parking, communal covered parking. Shop, grocery 400 m, restaurant 100 m, bar, café, thermal baths 400 m. Mountain railway, skisport facilities 600 m, ski bus stop 150 m, ice field 1 km. 2-room apartment 65 m2 on 3rd floor, partly renovated in 2009, practical and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double fold-away bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), dining table, cable TV, flat screen and hi-fi system. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. 1 room with 2 fold-away beds. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Reserved parking space n 10 (roofed). Please note: non-smokers only.
