Cosy small apartment house "Breithorn", built in 2004. In the centre of Zermatt, south facing position. In the house: storage room for skis. Motor access to 80 m from the house. Shopping centre, restaurant, bar 100 m, railway station "Gornergrat" 150 m, underground station "Sunnegga" 200 m. Mountain railway 200 m, ski lift 150 m, ski bus stop 120 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. 4-room apartment 120 m2 on 1st floor, south facing position, very modern and luxurious furnishings: 1 double bedroom with TV. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Living room with cable TV. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave) with bar. Bath/WC, shower/WC. Floor heating. Balcony 10 m2. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only.
