Apartment block "Brunnmatt", 5 storeys. In the resort, in a central position, 300 m from the skiing area. For shared use: terrace (4 m2). In the house: lift, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Shop 150 m, supermarket 300 m, restaurant, bakery 50 m, café, bus stop 80 m, railway station "Kl.Matterhorn" 550 m, underground station "Sunnegga" 300 m. Mountain railway, ski lift 300 m, ski bus stop 80 m. Please note: baby equipment on request (extra). Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. 1-room studio 29 m2 on 2nd floor, east facing position, tasteful and cosy furnishings: open living/sleeping room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV, radio and DVD. Exit to the balcony. Small, open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven). Shower/WC. Please note: non-smokers only. No pets! Non-smoking apartment.
