Cosy, comfortable small apartment house "im Hof", 4 storeys, built in 1961, renovated in 2006. In the centre of Zermatt, in a central, elevated position, 10 m from the stream, south-east facing position. Cable car, mountain railway, ski lift 550 m. Please note: no lift. Suitable for families. 3-room apartment 58 m2 on 2nd floor, south-east facing position, spacious and bright, renovated in 2006, practical and cosy furnishings: living room with cable TV. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Large kitchen-/living room (oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Heating. Parquet floors. Small balcony 8 m2, east facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Please note: non-smokers only, non-smoking house.
