Beautiful house "Richemont", renovated in 2014. In the district of Winkelmatten 800 m from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet, sunny position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis. Grocery, restaurant 400 m, railway station "Klein Matterhorn" 500 m, underground station "Sunnegga" 1 km. Mountain railway, ski lift 500 m, ski bus stop 50 m. 2-room apartment 65 m2, on the ground floor, very simple furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), TV. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen (oven). Bath/bidet/WC. Terrace 15 m2 partly roofed, south-west facing position. With nice view to the Matterhorn.
