We have three workouts to help you get fit for your next ski holiday.
The Green Workout: the easiest of the three, is designed for people who are interested in limbering and loosening up for their upcoming holiday. This workout focuses on flexibility and light exercises for core and lower back strength.
The Blue Workout: is designed to improve flexibility and to condition and strengthen the muscles primarily used in skiing. It is ideal for people who have an average fitness level and can be completed without going to a gym or fitness centre.
The Black Workout: is designed to improve flexibility and to further condition and strengthen the muscles primarily used in skiing. It is ideal for people who have a good fitness level and is ideally completed in a gym or fitness centre.
