For shared use: garden. Lawn sunning area. In house: ski storage, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Bread roll service. Parking by the house. Motor access to house. Grocers 400 m, restaurant 200 m. Swimming pool, mountain railway 4 km, cross-country ski trail 50 m. The national highway which goes in the direction of Timmelsjoch-Pass, is closed from 19:00 hours which means that there is very little traffic at night. Guided walks with a tour guide available (extra).
