Le Quart - 4-room apartment , St Gervais

House with 3 apartments "Le Quart", in the district of La Villette, outside the resort, 6 km from the centre of Saint-Gervais, in a quiet position. For shared use: garden 400 m2. (In winter snow chains necessary). Parking, individual garage. Shop, restaurant 4 km, ski bus stop 800 m. Skisport facilities 4 km. Please note: car essential.

4-room apartment 100 m2, on the ground floor: living/dining room with TV and DVD. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (140 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm). Sleeping alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, deep freezer). Bath/WC, shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Facilities: washing machine.
