Chalet "L'Epachat", outside the resort, 12 km from the centre of St Gervais, in a quiet, sunny position. Private: grounds 1800 m2. Swimming pool, heated (8 x 5 m, 80-180 cm, 15.06.-30.08.). In house: central heating. Individual garage. (In winter snow chains necessary). Shop, restaurant 1.5 km, ski bus stop 300 m. Tennis, ski runs, ski school, cross-country ski trail 1.5 km. Please note: car essential. Please note: the restaurants and shops are only open in High Season. At other times of the year, they are situated in St Gervais 11 km.
