For shared use: garden. Lawn sunning area. Patio, terrace, garden furniture. In house: ski storage, central heating. Parking, communal covered parking. Grocers 5 km, restaurant 500 m, ski bus stop 1.2 km. Swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, tennis, golf course 5 km, mountain railway, toboggan-run 1.2 km, ice rink 5 km. Beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and the "Luenersee" artificial lake. Walking routes from the house. The house was personally renovated by the owner - he used a lot of wood.
