All 74 apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette with hot plates, fridge, microwave grill-oven, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, TV, bathroom with WC and balcony.
- Type C studios - sleep2-4: have a living/dining area with double sofa bed and cabin room with bunk beds.
- Type D apartments - sleep 2-5: have a living/dining area with double sofa bed and one pull-out bed and a twin bedroom.
- Type F apartments - sleep 2-7: have a living/dining area with two single sofa beds and one pull-out bed, separate double bedroom and one cabin bedroom with bunk beds. Additional shower room.

The "Comfort +" formula is available for a supplement and includes beds made upon arrival, two sets of towels per person, end of week cleaning and cleaning kit. If taking this extra, every person within the apartment must book.
