This beautiful ski-in chalet nestles in the secluded Swedish quarter enclave above the main village centre. Old woods, natural stones and Moroccan inspired decor have been combined to great effect to create a very unique and stylish property.
Its` elevated position affords the chalet spectacular views of the surrounding mountains, best enjoyed from the outdoor spa or the extensive terraces that surround the property.
The shared underground parking with 3 separate parking spaces is located a 50m walk from the chalet.
The chalet is set our over 4 floors. The top floor of the property is given over to the luxurious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and separate w.c.
On the 1st floor is located the open plan living and dining area which has a relaxing homely feel. Sink into the sofas or enjoy a malt in front of the impressive granite fire place. The solid wood dining table comfortably seats 10. The open plan kitchen is located at the end of the dining area.
You can ski directly from the Le Rouge piste to the main door of the chalet located on the ground floor. The large ski room on this level is well equipped with boot heaters and benches.
Also on the ground floor are located two bunk rooms with large queen size bunk beds and en-suite shower rooms as well as a double bedroom with a separate bathroom.
A further large double bedroom and bathroom are located on the lower ground floor. This bedroom has a TV area with stone fireplace that can be separated off from the bedroom by sliding doors.
All five bedrooms have en suite or separate bathrooms or shower rooms and separate w.c. is located on the ground floor.
