Meal- Chalet les Bardeaux-Verbier, Switzerland
Breakfast-You draw your bedroom curtains, the sun is rising over the mountains. There has been fresh snow overnight and the sky is clear blue. Downstairs your chalet host is preparing your breakfast. On offer will be a continental breakfast with fruit, yoghurts, fresh warm croissants, bread, butter and jam. If you prefer there is also a cooked breakfast available. All of this is served with fresh orange juice, and plentiful tea or filter coffee. The choice is yours. This will truly prepare you for a day in the mountains.
Afternoon tea-After an exhilarating day on the mountain exhaustion has kicked in and a pick me up is required, so what could be better than afternoon tea waiting for you at the chalet. Your host will have made a freshly baked homemade cake in the morning, as well as providing you with everything you need to make a welcome cup of tea!
Dinner-In the evening, enjoy a pre-dinner drink and beautiful canapes either in front of a roaring fire or on your balcony, before moving to the dining area for a further three-courses - starter, main course, dessert - served with unlimited wine. Relaxing with after dinner coffee and chocolates before heading out to one of the bars/clubs or having an early night ready for the next adventure on the mountain.
