Chalet Merou is a beautiful free standing chalet in its own gardens, ideally situated a few minutes walk from the Savoleyres lift and Les Esserts nursery slope.
The chalet is situated a few minutes walk from Verbiers' Savoleyres lift station, which gives you an excellent connection to the ski circuit. Alternatively the Ski Armadillo minibus and driver service will shuttle you to and from the main Medran lift station as well as your favourite apres ski bars.
Your chalet host will be your personal chef for the week and clean the chalet daily, to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Accommodation - Chalet Merou, Verbier
Chalet Merou is well equipped and traditionally furnished in Swiss style and set within its own gardens with a private driveway and parking for up to four vehicles, giving you true independence. The large open plan living/dining area with an open log fire provides the ideal space to relax after a long day on the mountain. From the sitting area there are double doors opening on to the south facing patio and garden where you can enjoy the sun going down over the Combins. There is cable TV, DVD player, iPod docking station and wireless broadband internet.
The chalet sleeps ten people. Upstairs there are four twin bedrooms, two of which benefit from south facing balconies. There is a shared bathroom with bath, over bath shower and WC and a shower room with WC. Downstairs there is a bunk room and separate WC. The large heated entrance hall provides plenty of storage for boots and skis.
Meals - Chalet Merou, Verbier
Breakfast - You draw your bedroom curtains, the sun is rising over the mountains. There has been fresh snow overnight and the sky is clear blue. Downstairs your chalet host is preparing your breakfast. On offer will be a continental breakfsat with fruit, yoghurts, fresh warm croissants, bread, butter and jam. If you prefer there is also a cooked breakfast available. All of this is served with fresh orange juice, and plentiful tea or filter coffee. The choice is yours.This will truly prepare you for a day in the mountains.
Afternoon Tea - On your return to the chalet you are welcomed back with afternoon tea and freshly baked homemade cakes.
Dinner - Mixers and soft drinks are supplied for your pre dinner drinks. The evening meal is a four-course dinner, served with unlimited wine.
Our menus vary from week to week and if you have any special requirements (perhaps it is someone's birthday during your trip, or members of the party have special dietary requirements) then just let us know.
Your chalet host has one day off, this gives you a chance to sample the excellent restaurants, perhaps even take a skidoo to mountain restaurants and then toboggan down after dinner.
