Very old, simple chalet "Le Gros Caillou", 2 storeys, above Zermatt, in the district of Obernhäusern, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position south-west facing position, 10 m from the woods edge, in the green, surrounded by trees. Motor access to 180 m from the house, except in winter 500 m from the house. Footpath to the house. Shopping centre 2 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, railway station "Gornergrat" 1.8 km, underground station "Sunnegga" 1.2 km. Indoor swimming pool 1.2 km. Walking routes from the house. Access to the chalet from the "Region Sunnegga" ski runs. In winter one can ski to the next bus stop and catch the bus into town.
