It may not have the quickest transfer, but 50 minutes from Bourg St Maurice train station is god send compared to the 4 hour trip from Geneva airport to resort. With most slopes towering above 2000m, Tignes is one of the greatest snow-sure resorts in the Alps and the best option for a snow train holiday at the start or end of the season to benefit from prime snow conditions.
