||Booking with igluski was quick and easy. Often when booking a holiday the original price that you see has hidden extras added on, but in this case, the price I saw on the website is the price I am paying. The person I spoke to was friendly and helpful. I would definitely book with igluski again|

||The only reason I say excellent is because of Paul, who went about and beyond to pull back the poor service we received from another rep who due to him not calling us back, we lost the original lower rate for the whole holiday. Paul is one of the most professional and hard working people i have ever had the pleasure to have as a contact within an organisation, as you can tell he really cares about his job and his customers. It's only due to his efforts we didnt take our business elsewhere.

He was professional , polite and took down all the details with ease.
He was friendly and assured me that the booking was complete.
However there were a couple of spelling errors on my booking when it came through. A quick reply to Stuart and he re-issued the documents without any fuss
He gave excellent customer service and I am very pleased with our booking

||I booked a double room, unfortunately the computers have been 'down for two days'. The email I received had an incorrect booking for a twin room, unfortunately without access to their computers they can't check or change the booking or bill me on the correct card. A disappointing mess which may cost me £50 and result in the booking of incorrect accommodation. Very quick to make the booking, very slow to sort it out.|

||I had no problem booking over the phone. I chose Iglu because they we're £30 a head cheaper than Nielsen. Turned out to be with Nielsen in the end, and the same Nielsen price, but I booked anyway.|
