Colorado's pass system "a bonus"

Colorado's pass system "a bonus" On winter sports breaks in Colorado, tourists can take advantage of lift passes that enable easy access to a variety of mountains, it has been reported.

People enjoying ski holidays in Breckenridge, Beaver Creek ski holidays, Vail ski holidays or ski holidays in Keystone can benefit from a multi-area lift-ticket structure, the Dallas News has reported.

Passes for the Vail Valley and Beaver Creek are fully interchangeable, as are those for Breckenridge and Keystone.

Additionally, Breckenridge-Keystone passes can be used during certain periods at Beaver Creek and Vail, while Vail-Beaver Creek passes are valid at all times in Breckenridge and Keystone.

"When you can use one lift pass at more than one Colorado resort, you really feel as if you're getting a bonus. And you are," special contributor Claire Walter writes.

Through the system, ski holidays in Breckenridge, ski holidays in Keystone, Vail ski holidays and Beaver Creek ski holidays all offer travellers an expansive, varied winter trip.

Meanwhile, the Associated Press has reported that Keystone opened one week ahead of schedule this year due to heavy snow.
