The Snowman reports that Les Deux Alpes is the place to be this week, with the French resort forecast an astonishing 81cm of the powdery white stuff before Wednesday.
Meanwhile in the Italian Dolomites, the flash resort of Cortina is getting a smashing 80cm in the coming days.
France is, for want of a better word, blanc. Val d'Isere has a half a metre expected over the next five days, with the resorts of the Trois Vallées all getting excellent snowfall of over 40cm next week.

Italy set to be the snowiest country in Europe after the weekend. In the Dolomites, resorts like Arabba and Selva have good dumps on the way, with Cortina leading the pack with a predicted 81cm. The forecast for the resorts above Turin is equally promising. An epic 68cm of snow is due in Sauze d'Oulx in coming days and 70cm in Sestriere!
