Les Arcs to Build a New Village

Les Arcs to Build a New Village

Les Arcs, part of the Paradiski ski domain in France, is set to benefit from a new ski-in out development after the success of Arc 1950.

The new village will be built above Arc 1800 at Le Chantel and will be named Edenarc 1800. The plans are ambitious, and similar to those at Les Arcs current newest village at Arc 1950, and include a 4* hotel and two residences. The new accommodation will offer a combined total 252 one to four bedroom apartments. As with any new resort the facilities will include a selection of shops and restaurants along with both indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

The building is expected to be completed in time for the 2014 season, with the first apartments on sale from next winter. After Avoriaz announced their summer developments earlier this year this shows there is more demand for top quality ski in/out accommodation across the French Alps.

The company charged with delivering Edenarc 1800 through to transituionare Sotarbet 360, who have a long-standing reputation for projects across the Tarentaise region.
