Snow report | 19 Sep 2017: Snow is here

As the snow starts to fall in the mountains we are reminded that the ski season isn’t too far away! We saw the first sprinkles of snowfall at the start of the month and there have been weekly snowfalls across many areas in Europe since.

In recent years we have seen early season snow dumps similar to this, but the regular snowfall is a great indication to a good start the season. Let's hope winter is here to stay! Ski areas have started to open now thanks to the wintery conditions of late, resorts that have opened already include Pitzal and Stubia in Austria. Take a look below at the latest snowy photos from the mountains.
