Snow Report | 21 Nov 2015: Snow in the Alps

Snow Report | 21 Nov 2015: Snow in the Alps The eagerly anticipated first huge dump of snow is now here! Since lunchtime on Friday it has been snowing across the Alps and reports are saying there could be as much as 100cm of snowfall over the weekend.

Friday was quite warm in the Alps so there was only rain at lower levels under 2000m, but since Saturday temperatures have dropped considerably and there is snow on lower pistes and villages.

Check out the snow falling in Morzine on Saturday evening in our latest video snow report from senior sales expert, Christian, based in Morzine #WINTERISBACK

Few more videos from Iglu Ski

We are expecting about 100 cm of snow above 2500m in the Alps, with possibly up to 150cm in higher areas. Keeping checking back as we will be updating this snow report over the weekend with photos and stats of the new snow.
