The Telegraph Ski & Snowboard Show Returns To Battersea Park for 2017

London’s Telegraph Ski & Snowboard Show is back at Battersea Evolution! The event will run from Thursday 26th to Sunday 29th October at the Battersea Park location and is packed full of thrill seeking entertainment, après-style fun, the latest apparel, and demonstrations from some of GB’s finest skiers and snowboarders.

Taking place over half term, the Telegraph Ski & Snowboard Show has something to offer the complete beginner, the seasoned pro and everyone in between. With less than 2 weeks to go until the show, there's lots of exciting new additions to kick off the winter season. With appearances from world famous star David Hasselhoff, snow sports legend Travis Rice, the BSS Athletes and the Famous First Words British Ski & Snowboard after party team fundraiser, this is a show you won't want to miss!

In the lead up to the 2018 Winter Olympics, visitors will have the chance to get up close and personal with the stars of the British Ski and Snowboard team during Q+A sessions in the Mountain Talks Theatre.

Mont Battersea will return for this year’s show, the 50ft kicker will host a new big air competition where riders will do their best to impress the judges for a prize pot share of £3,000 for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

David Hasselhoff confirmed

‘The Hoff’ will be at the Ski & Snowboard Show on Thursday 26th October from 12pm-6pm with Alpinresort for photo opportunities when signing up to their newsletter. Everyone who has their picture taken will get a free t-shirt!

Rugby Legends at the French Pavillion

Head to the French Pavillion (stands 201 & 401) on Thursday afternoon to meet England World Cup Winners Mike Tindall, Simon Shaw & Iain Balshaw and French legend Serge Betsen. The rugby icons will be scrumming down the slopes of Mount Battersea at 16:45 and signing autographs at 18:00.

Meet members of The British Ski & Snowboard Team before their Winter Olympic adventures at The Ski and Snowboard Show. Look out for them in the Eurosport Player Riders Hut and taking part in talks in the Mountain Experts Theatre.

The Ski Show takes place during the school half term holiday, offering an affordable day out to keep the whole family occupied with discounted family tickets and free entry for kids aged under 11! There will be many activities for families to take part in, such as ice skating on the ice rink at the heart of the mountain village, suitable for all ages and levels it’s fun for all the family!

While the kids are watching the pro-riders on Mount Battersea take the opportunity to soak up the authentic mountain atmosphere at one of our alpine food stalls, whilst sipping a beer, mulled wine or hot chocolate from one of the bars - after all, a week of childcare duties during half-term can be exhausting!
