Pros Friendly staff Quiet family friendly hotel Good continental breakfasts Ski/boot room in basement Quiet village/resort a little down valley from Sestriere Cons As ski school was under-filled they reduced the number of hours of tuition claiming that it was equivalent to a private lesson for the 3 children Very hard bed Broken and noisy extractor fan in bathroom Late dinner times with no real children's options Double charged us for some drinks Daily walk up and down to ski lift No cash machine in Borgota
