Chalet Hotel Alexandra Reviews

Went to hotel alexandra for a week from the 18th January and have to say we had a wonderful holiday.The staff were superb from check in until check out and nothing was too much trouble,even though the hotel itself was needing a touch of upgrading the staff and chef did a superb job.A special mention should go to the manager who even though she had a bad ski accident half way through our holiday and was put on crutches, she still insisted on working and making sure our needs were met.

In the first instance, I felt I was looked after. The manager and all the staff were friendly and helpful, providing tips and advice on where to go, what bus to take, where to buy things. The chalet was in a great location, just 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of Lech where the main ski lifts were. The rooms were comfortable, there was an abundance of food, I've never felt so fed on a ski holiday. I would definitely return to Chalet Alexandra and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great location, great comfort and great staff. Well done!

The outbound flight was delayed but the chalet staff were still there to greet us and we were provided with a full 3 course meal at 23:00 hrs. Well done. The accommodation was good, the rooms were spacious and the food was of very good quality and quantity. The staff were very friendly and were only let down by the fact we had to share a balcony with them. When we wanted to use the balcony there was no space and they didn't give up their seats. Lech was an excellent resort. Lifts efficient, staff and locals all very friendly and helpful. Overall we felt the holiday was good value at the price we paid, but would have been too expensive for the chalet at full brochure price.
