This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in for skiing. Great location with wonderful views. The dining room has a panoramic view of Mont Blanc. The food was buffet style, with choices, all beautifully cooked. The staff were all absolutely lovely and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Great Hotel, priced accordingly, excellent staff, food spot on. Our room was good overlooking Mt Blanc. Chamonix is a pricey area and this Hotel gives good value within the Chamonix district. Would return.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay but we and other guests thought it might be an idea to have a live music evening in chelet hotels such as this whee there is a reaosnably large clientele.? Position of hotel and condcut of staff was terrific.

Not the best experience - 09/03/2015
Overall

We are experienced skiers and Chamonix is such a well known ski resort we were expecting something brilliant but this is not the case. We had a week of quite challenging weather conditions which highlighted all the weaknesses of the resort, access to whole areas was cut off and those open suffered from old, open chairlifts and drags, causing unnecessary bottlenecks and over exposure to the elements. Three out of the four main ski areas require a bus trip and although the bus service is good it is another thing to get to grips with in a large town. We heard very little from the reps all week, no help at all with anything and the weekly events we may have been interested in didn't materialise. On the last day we were dropped at Geneva airport 4 HOURS before the flight time to suit the rep's schedules. The hotel & staff were excellent. Great position, comfortable, good food and helpful friendly staff.
