With a mixed ability group looking for a chilled out week you could go far wrong with this hotel and Ski Area. Plenty of Blue run skiing and some long tours for the more experienced we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The Hotel was great, staff were all very friendly and the shuttle to the ski lifts was absolutely brilliant. Forget ski in ski out, you don't need it here! Together with good food and a boot room right up there with the best I would go back. The directions at the airport were not great nor to be honest was the rep in resort, not that we ever use them, but he did seem much more interested in is extended "holiday" than really looking after his clients. All in all a good week and thanks once again to Iglu.
