Not good enough -

Stayed over Christmas, 2 adults, 3 kids, 2 rooms. Location good, hotel clean and staff helpful, but that is it. too many problems with rooms, heating, beds, keys. And food not good at all with service system even worst. Recommended if this is the cheapest you can find or afford. Not recommended for kids

The snow this Christmas wasn't the best, and although we weren't able to ski in and out of the hotel, the Italians certainly did their best to ensure that the pistes were open! Although a little busy due to Montgenevre and Sestriere resorts both lacking in snow and their ski schools travelling to Sauze, the slopes coped well (albeit the lifts a bit busy at times!) The Hotel Hermitage was great, Adriana the hostess is completely bonkers but in a very good way! She certainly made it a Christmas to remember. We had such a great time that we are hoping to return to Sauze in March. Thanks Iglu - great experience, we will certainly be booking with you again!
