Located right on the slopes to the point that you can practically ski on to the terrace or into the boot room! This is a great little hotel run by the friendly duo; Richard and Jo. It's well maintained and wears it age with style. There's a good room selection with each floor having rooms that share any entry way which can be set up as suites and are ideal for families. I'm a sucker for the views so the balcony rooms overlooking the resort were my personal favourite. You're not far from the shops, bars and restaurants so hire is a doddle and exploring the local area is simple.

I recently had a fantastic time at the Christina. The hosts, Richard and Joe, are marvellous and will be back for the 14/15 season. The hotel is pre-war but still in great condition. The food was good, the hot water never ran out, and the bar/terrace is a great place for extra aprés ski when you come down from the Folie Douce that opened this season. I recommend the balcony rooms higher up as they overlook the town and the pistes. You can ski right to the boot room and it's about 50/60m to the big gondola that whips you up to 2700m in minutes. We also did the 70€ heli day trip to Les Deux Alpes and can't recommend this highly enough. The lift pass covers the other resort and the few minutes in the helicopter are unforgetable.
