SIMPLY AMAZING - 03/04/2023
Overall

Everything from the start to finish was amazing! Hotel is situated in the heart of the town, beautiful with tons of charm and character! Super clean and comfortable. ALL staff members are very friendly and approachable. They do go out of their way to make guests' stay special and great. Food/ breakfast served in a cosy restaurant, great choice of food catering for all tastes. Super bar area, serving not just drinks but some of their specialities (goulash soup highly recommended!...) LOVED IT , THANK YOU ??

Nice town, good skiing - 08/01/2016
Overall

Had not been to Zell before. It is a really nice town with lots going on so good for non-skiers too. Lovely walking nearby and nice pedestrian area. We did not think much of the food in the hotel so we ate out most nights and found lots of really good restaurants. With little snow in the resort at Christmas we went by bus every day to Kitzsteinhorn which provided loads of skiing and was a very friendly good value ski resort and suitable for all levels. The best thing about the hotel was the location. Otherwise it was very average, nothing special about it apart from really nice guy in atmospheric Kellar Bar. Luckily we were out most of the time or asleep. The beds were OK so that was something.

Tradional and Convenient - 31/03/2015
Overall

Lebzelter is a family owned, traditional hotel which is very conveniently located for all the amenities to support a ski holiday. Comfortable rooms, good food and plenty of it. Friendly staff and the absence of a 'lively' disco made the penultimate week of this season a real pleasure. If you opt for the lift pass covering the whole area, it is worth doing some research on how to travel to the neighbouring resorts where the pass is valid. For example, a bus from the terminus which just a short walk from the Lebzelter, will take you to Saalbach/Hinterglem for 9 euros return. It is a 30 minute journey each way, but a travel company like Neilson will want 20 euros to do the same!

Perfect week skiing - 03/02/2015
Overall

A group of 8 of us - ages from 55 to 18, had a fabulous holiday. The hotel, right in the centre of town - a superb location, was a traditional Austrian style, family run, with traditional food and very comfortable. The town is very pretty, with the lake and beautiful surroundings. The Skiing was perfect for our the wide range of skiing abilities, and easy to get around on the ski bus. Plenty of bars. Nadine the rep was knowledgeable and happy to help with any queries - a lovely young lady.
